1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Playground At Ul. Łąkowa In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Safe Surface - From Fine Sand, Finished With A Concrete Rim, 2) Grassy Surface After Covering With Humus And Fertile Soil, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture Such As: Information Board, Multifunctional Play Device, Stork Swing Nest, Double Swing. Spring Triple - 1 Item, Spring Rocker. -1 Pcs, Carousel. 3. The Contractor Shall Meet The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Piotr Bielecki, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In The Annex 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law) And In Accordance With The Provisions Standards, Construction And Gardening Art, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Employer. The Contractor Will Perform Work Taking Into Account The Performance And Use Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs At The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Separate Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Availability For The Disabled Indicated In The Project Documentation And In The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works. 4. Solutions Equivalent To 1) Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Was Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To The Documentation Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Reduce The Standards Specified In The Documentation, They Will Have The Standards Specified In The Documentation. Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Admission And Admission Will Ensure The Contract As Expected And Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Tor.
