Developing The Concept Of Land Development And Presenting It For Approval To The Employer. Preparation, Based On The Approved Concept, Project And Cost Documentation Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate. Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities. Obtaining All Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out The Contract In Question. Ensuring Full Geodetic Service.  Obtaining An Effective Application For Construction Works. Performing Authors Supervision. Ii. Executive Part Execution Of Demolition Works: A) Performing Demolition Works Of The Current Safe Surface, B) Dismantling Of Existing Play Equipment, I.E. Board, Interlacing, Sandpit, Dragonfly Swing, Spring Swing, Seating Balls And Anchors Mounted For The Sail (Without Utilization). Purchase Of Sandbox Toys, Chalk Plates, Plastic Balls, Plastic Balls, Plastic Balls, Plastic Balls Cars.  Purchase And Assembly Of Play Equipment In Accordance With The Project Accepted By The Employer.
