1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Thermomodernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Prabuty At Ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 11A (Building Of Classes 1-3), Journal Of Laws No. 251, Precinct 0003 M-Prabuty. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Made Of The Basic Order (Guaranteed Part) And The Order Covered By The Options (Part Covered By The Right Options), With The Proviso That The Scope Of Thermomodernization Of The School Building Has Been Changed In Relation To Documentation. 3. The Scope Of The Basic Order (Guaranteed Part) Includes: 1) Insulation Of External Walls Along With The Construction Of The Building Facade - In Accordance With The Documentation, With The Proviso That The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Thermomodernization Of The Mundane Walls And Foundation Walls (The Contracting Authority Resigns From Performing The Thermomodernization Of The Background Walls And Foundation Walls), 2) Installation With Documentation, 3) Replacement Of Window Joinery With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of The Window 0.9 W/(M² • K) - According To The Documentation, 4) Replacement Of The Door Joinery With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of Window 1.3 W/(M² • K) - In Accordance With Documentation, 5) Installation Of Ventilation - The Order Does Not Include Ventilation And Accompanying Work (The Contracting Authority Resigns From The Entire Ventilation (The Ordering Party Building), 6) Modernization Of Hot Water Installation - According To The Documentation, 7) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation - According To The Documentation, 8) Replacement Of Radiators - According To The Documentation, 9) Replacement Of The Heat Pipeline Between Buildings - According To Documentation. 4. The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Law Of The Option (Part Covered By The Right Of The Option) Includes: 1) Replacement Of Floor Cladding With A Homogeneous Liner, 2) Renovation Of Wall Cladding, Including Local Repair Of Plaster And Wall Painting, 3) Replacement Of Non -Classified Illumination With An Exposure Class With Ei15,4) In The Corridors, 6) Mounting The Soundproofing System In The Corridors.
