1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Facade Of The Main Building Of The European Fairytale Center In Pacanów Along With Elements Of Small Architecture 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Wooden Facade Of The European Fairy Tales Center Matołek Koziołka In Pacanów, The Facade Of The Object Entitled Kuźnia, As Well As Wooden Platforms, Terraces, Balustrades And Bridges Located In Their Surroundings. The Investment Area Is Located At Kornela Makuszyńskiego 1 In Pacanów, Pładałka No. 1662 Precinct 0001 Pacanów.2) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Expected: A) Dismantling The Existing Facade To The Level Of The Steel Structure, And Then Its Cleaning, Thorough Control Of Welds And Anchor Elements For Walls, Necessary Repairs, Remove The Elements And Threats. C) Dismantling The Terrace At The Kuźnia Facility And The Floor In The Building Itself. Cleaning The Steel Structure, Welds Control And Correction And Re -Painting. Arranging Twisted Segments Constituting Terrace And Execution Of The Designed Terrace Stairs. Performing New Platforms From The Terrace Board And Embedding Them On The Renovated And Expanded Steel Structure.E) Dismantling The Technical Routes Between The Wooden Facade And The Main Facade Of The Building To The Level Of The Steel Structure.
