    The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Retrofitting Of The City Nursery Placie In Sejny At Ul. Zawadzkiego 13 On The Plot No. 623/2 Implemented Under The Program: Active Playgrounds 2025. 1) The Scope Of Work Includes:- Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Land Development Project Together With A List Of Construction Works, Excluding The Shelter For The Needs Of Childrens Prams Wooden Structures Marked On The Project No. 1 And Execution Of The Monument Into The Plot Along With The Delivery Of Two Spans On The Project No. 2- Annex 6A To Swz,- Installation Of Safe Surfaces (Fragmentary) Under Sensitive Elements (Swings, Slides) In The Form Of Hypertrophic Mats- Annex 6A To Swz,- Execution Of Dismantling Works (Dismantling Of Worried Small Architecture Objects Together With Foundations, Export And Disposal And Small Architecture)- Annex No. 6B To Swz, Earthworks, Performing Works Modifying The Area, Assumptions Or Density Of The Lawn In Places After Dismantling Of Play Equipment, Adapted To The Current Needs Of The Area - Annex 6B To Swz, - Arranging The Playground With Play Equipment Not Permanently Related To The Ground - As Described By The Order, Annex 6 To Swz, - Greenery (Cutting 1 Pieces Of Trees According To The Decision, Supplementing The Hedge And Seeding, Trees- Including Lifly Fine Linden, Trunk Circumference 10-12 Cm At A Height Of 100 Cm And 1 Piece Of The Tree Of The Native Species)- Planting Place- Annex No. 8 And 8A To Swz,- The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer Must Take Into Account The Purchase And Assembly Of The Playground Regulations As Well As A Project Board In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 7 May 2021 On The Determination Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or From State Targeted Funds And Agreed With The Ordering Site. She Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses.
