    Work Detail

    I. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of Floors Of Office Rooms And Communication Routes At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Building At Ul. S. Przybyszewskiego 80/82 In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Para. And According To The Pre -League, It Covers In Particular: 1. Preparatory Work, Elevation And Protection Of Furniture, 2. Disassembly Of Existing Floor Layers With Plinths, 3. Preparation Of The Ground, 4. Delivery And Assembly Of New Floor Materials, 5. Founding Of Furniture And Setting According To The Initial State, 6. Waste Export And Utilization. Iii. The Works In Question Will Not Affect Any Of The Building Structural Elements. Iv. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Determined In The Pre -Emptive Of Works And Technical Specifications, Constituting, Respectively, Annexes 1A And 1B To Swz.V. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Addressed By The Contractor To Deal With The Activities Indicated In Para. Ii Points 2 - 4 Were Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Labor Code Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Detailed Records Of The Employment Condition Were Included In The Design Documentation (Annexes No. 1A And 1B To Swz) And In The Contract Template (Annex 3 To Swz). The Implementation Of The Remainder Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Require The Occurrence Between The Contractor And The Persons Employed By These Entities In The Understanding Of Labor Law.
