1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line With Park Lanterns On The Eastern Side Of The Block At Ul. Reja 72 In Suwałki In The Design And Build As Part Of Local Investment Initiatives. 2. The Implementation Of The Order Requires The Application Of Construction Works Or Obtaining A Building Permit Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, I.E.). 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Duties Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. In Addition, It Should Be Assumed That All Such References Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Act And On The Terms Specified There He Rests With The Contractor. 6. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Made In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp.7 Act. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act. Ie In The Case Of Orders Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons, Including Employees Of The Ordering Party, A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Requirements Referred To In Paragraph 1, The Subject Of The European Union, The Subject Of The Contract, In Terms Of Access To Disabled For All Users, It Is Described By Referring To This Act. 8. In The Case Of A Description, Using Standards As Equivalent Solutions, Such Solutions Are Considered That Ensure That The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At The Level Are Not Worse Than Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of The Norms Cited In Swz (If This Is Not Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), Such A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered To Be Equivalent. 9. The Warranty Period Required By The Employer For Completed Construction Works At Least 4 Years, A Maximum Of 6 Years From The Date Of The Work Acceptance.
