    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Execution Of Construction Works Of Sanitary Sewage Networks In The City Of Lubawka In Ul. Coastal, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract/Contract Or Interchangeably The Subject Of The Contract. The Commission Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of: Project Documentation Prepared By The Designer Mgr Inż. Piotr Tokarczyk Conducting Business Activity Under The Name Wt Instalprojekt Piotr Tokarczyk With Headquarters In Jelenia Góra And A Certificate Of The Kamienna Góra Staroste Of 27 May 2025. Signature: Ab.6743.2.25.2024 R. 2. The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Separate The Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System. 3. Each User Is Required To Distribute Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage And Connect To The Designed Network At Their Own Expense. 4. It Is Planned To Restore The Asphalt Surface Of The Road Along Its Entire Width And Surface. In The Case Of Interference In The Roadside And/Or Sidewalks, The Contractor Undertakes To Reproduce Them Over 180 Cm Wide. 5. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) As Part Of The Planned Investment, The Following Elements Are Planned: 1. Construction Of Sanitary Sewage System Made Of Pvc Pipes Sn8 Dn200 With Pipes From A Solid Wall With Total Length L = 312.5 M.2. Construction Of Concrete Sewage Wells Dn1000 A. List Of Plots Covered By The Order: • Journal Of Laws No. 633 Obr.0003, • Journal As Part Of The Task In Question, The Municipality Will Prepare And Perform A Sanitary Sewage Network, While Users Are Obliged To Switch With The Internal Sanitary Installation On Private Plots To The Designed Network On Their Own. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Attached Technical Design And Land Development Project.
