    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Custom-Made Furniture And Their Installation In The Indicated Rooms Of Administrative, Social And Social And Workshop Buildings At Ul. Component 3 In Puławy. The Contracting Authority Informs That In 2022 He Bought Some Employee Furniture At The Biale Office Furniture Factory - Primus Employee Furniture System In An Amount Of About 40 % Of Complete Equipment. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Office Furniture, • Kitchen Furniture, • Tables. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Meet The Subject Of The Contract On The Conditions Set Out In Swz, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Is Annex 8 To Swz. 4. All Costs Of Performing The Contract, In Particular The Costs Incurred In Connection With The Production Or Purchase, The Costs Of All Activities Necessary To Perform The Contract Will Be Fully Incurred By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Must Offer A 24 -Month Warranty Period For The Provided Subject Of The Contract And Assembly, Calculated From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Quality Guarantee Was Included In Annex 7 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Equals The Warranty Period With The Period Of Quality Guarantee Granted By The Contractor, With The Proviso That It Cannot Be Shorter Than The Period Indicated Above. 6. Furniture Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 7:00 To 14:00, Transport And At The Contractors Expense, Along With The Unloading And Assembly Made By The Contractor. Order Delivery Site: Facilities At Ul. Component 3, 24-100 Puławy. 7. The Contracting Authority Provides For A Local Vision By Contractors Of Rooms Located In Administrative, Social And Social And Workshop Buildings At Ul. Składowa 3 In Puławy After Prior Arrangement Of The Visit. The Contracting Authority Informs That A Local Vision Is Mandatory.
