Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Together With Distribution To Facilities Administered By The Municipal Property Board In Libiąż In 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel - Natural Gas Of The High Group E For Heating Purposes At Pressure Not Lower Than 1.6 Kpa, Including Sales And Distribution To Gas Fuel Collection Points Located In The Facilities Administered By The Municipal Property Board In Libiąż.2. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Specifying The Terms Of Sale And Provision Of Gas Fuel Transmission And Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) On The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Of 10 April 1997 And Based On The Executive Provisions To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of 15 March 2018 Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuels, In Accordance With The Tariff For Osd Gas, The Principles Set Out In The Concessions, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Terms Of The Contract As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 3. List Of Facilities (Pickup Points), Together With The Basic Technical Parameters And Planned Estimated Annual Consumption Specifying The Subject Of The Contract, Includes Annex 5 To Swz. The Given Data Relate In Particular To The Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Are Planned And Estimated Amounts Presented To Determine The Scope And Value Of The Order. The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel Supplied During The Contract Is: 1) Tariff Group W-3.6 The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel Supplied In Kwh For The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026. 210 400; 2) Tariff Group W-4 Erected Amount Of Supplied Gas Fuel In Kwh For The Period From 01/01/2026 140,000; 3) Tariff Group W-5 Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel Supplied In Kwh For The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 790,000; 4. Dane With The Amount Of Gas Fuel Purchased Are Estimated, They Are Calculated On The Basis Of Current Gas Consumption. The Forecast Of Gas Fuel Consumption Indicated Is Only An Approximate Value That May Be Increased Or Reduced During The Performance Of The Contract. Regardless Of The Amount Of Wear, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Gas Fuel Prices Offered In The Tender. The Contractor May Not Claim Any Financial Claims If, During The Contract, The Contracting Authority Purchases A Smaller Or Greater Amount Of Gas Than The Forecast. 5. The Resource Is Concluded With Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Fuel For Individual Gas Fuel Consumption Points Concluded Until December 31, 20125, Which Do Not Require Termination. 6. Accurate Gas Fuel Must Meet The Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Acts And Polish Standards. 7. The Commander Requires The Contractors Applying For The Award Of The Contract As At The Date Of Submission Of The Bids, They Have The Applicable Contract With The Local Distribution System Operator, I.E. Polska Spółka Gazow
