1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation Containing Design Solutions In The Field Of Expanding The Municipal Sanitary Sewage Network For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Sewage Network For Plots In Turza. As Part Of The Investment In Question, The Construction Of The Gravitational Segment Of The Dn 200 Sewer Cable In The Area Of Ul. Pocztowa In The Town Of Tura And Inclusion In The Existing Sewage Network Located On Plot No. 80/2 For The Disposal Of Social And Living Sewage From Adjacent Real Estate. • For Plots Covered By The Scope Of The Investment, A Local Spatial Development Plan Has Not Been Adopted. On The Ordinates S 77.09/75.42 Located On Plot No. 80/2 Up To The Height Of Plot No. 87/11 In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 18/2024 Of 02.02.2024 Issued By Gtkom Sp. Z O. O. Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. • One Of The Plots With The Number 80/2 Is Private Property, The Other Is A Poviat Road (84/2). • The Approximate Length Of The Designed Network Brings About 130 M In Addition, The Project Should Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Permissions, Namely: The Contractor Should Have A Person Who Has Building Qualifications To Design In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Water Supply And/Or Sewage Equipment Or Equivalent Building Qualifications, Which Have Been Issued On The Basis Of Previously Issued Provisions. The Issuers From Other Member States May Meet These Requirements With Equivalent Rights Obtained In Their Countries. Origin. Bearing In Mind The Provisions Of National Law In Poland - Construction Law Act Art. 12 Para. 7 And Art. 12A, In The Case Of People Outside Poland, It Is Possible To Obtain A Decision On Recognizing Professional Qualifications In Construction, Acquired In Eu Member States After The Competent Authority Was Conducted By The Competent Authority In The Republic Of Poland On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 22 December 2015 On The Principles Of Recognizing Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 334). The Contractor, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Will Be Obliged To Provide The Employer With Documents Confirming The Above-Mentioned Rights. The Contractor And Persons Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Participate In Coordinating And Technical Meetings At The Order Of The Ordering Party. The Work Of The Documentation Should Allow For Obtaining A Building/Construction Permit. Obtaining A Permit/Notification Is In The Duty Of The Designer. The Order Also Includes Performing Authors Supervision For The Abovementioned Tasks From The Moment Of Starting Works/Works By The Contractor Of Construction Works Covered By The Project/Documentation For Receipt By The Ordering Party Of Completed Construction Works Based On The Final Acceptance Report.
