    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service To The Employer Consisting In Performing The Function Of Multi -Branch Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In Performing Air Conditioning In The Building Of The District Court In Katowice At Ul. French 38. In The Framework Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform On Behalf Of And For The Customer The Functions Of Investor Supervision With The Help Of A Multi -Branch Team Of Investor Supervision Inspectors, Which He Manages And For Which He Is Responsible. The Order Of The Contract Includes Performing Obligations And Exercise Of Powers Resulting From The Provisions Of Art. 25 And 26 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), I.E. Performing Comprehensive And Multi -Branch Investor Supervision In The Sanitary, Electrical And (If Necessary) Structural Industry Over The Implementation Of Works Related To Air Conditioning In The District Court In Katowice At Ul. French 38. The Contractor Will Act In The Scope Of Rights And Obligations Arising From The Contract, The Proposed Provisions Of Which Are Included In Annex 2 To Swz And Current Law, With Particular Emphasis On The Pb Act.
