Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of The Administrative Building At Ul. Królewiecka 60A In Mrągowo In The Field Of Fire Protection Along With The Construction Of A Fire Protection Installation In The Building

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Adaptation Of The Administrative Building At Ul. Królewiecka 60A In Mrągowo Located On The Registration Plot 265/6 5 Mrągowo Precinct, In The Field Of Fire Protection Along With The Construction Of A Fire Installation In The Building. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Technical Documentation  Chapter Ii And Constitutes An Attachment To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz Or Specification). Contractors Must Make A Quote On The Basis Of Attached Documentation. Contractors Must Take Into Account All Price -Forming Elements Necessary To Implement The Scope Of Works Specified In The Documentation, Even If They Have Not Been Demonstrated In The Pre -City And Their Implementation Is Necessary To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Failure To Take Into Account All Price -Forming Elements Will Not Be The Basis For Changing The Remuneration Or Order Of Additional Works At The Stage Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or/Or Subcontractor And/Or Further Subcontractor Of All Persons Performing The Activities Listed In Para. 4, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. At The Latest On The Day Of Commencement Of Construction Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Para. 4, Hereinafter Referred To As Employees, Under The Employment Contract Under Pain Of Withdrawing From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. 4. Type Of Activities (Necessary To Perform The Contract), For Which The Employer Requires Employment Under The Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Following Activities During The Contract: 1) Demolition Work, Assembly Works, Cleaning Work - Cleaning The Area, Land Preparation, Installation Works And Other General -Construction And Specialized Works, 2) Equipment And Equipment Operators (Equipment, Machinery And Equipment Operators (Equipment, Machinery And Equipment Operators Devices), Covering The Entire Material Scope Of The Order Indicated In Swz, Technical Documentation And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, - The Performance Of Which Contains The Features Of The Employment Relationship Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Submit A Statement That Persons Addressed To Perform The Contract Referred To In Para. 4, Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Statement Should Be Submitted At The Latest Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Should Contain At Least The Following Data: Name And Surname Of The Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Type Of Employment Contract, Employment Period,
