    The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Wrocław With A Total Estimated Amount Of 12 Months -430 924 Kwh, For The Following Energy Consumption Points (Ppe): 1) Ppe (1) -Ppe 590322415103097096, Kw Psp In Wrocław, Koszrara -Administracja Building, Ul. Borowska 138, 50-552 Wrocław; 2) Ppe (2)-Ppe 590322415100667193, Headquarters Of Kwpsp And The Security Center Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship-Basic Connection, Ul. Borowska 138, 50-552 Wrocław, Office Facilities; 3) Ppe (3)-Ppe 590322415101151707, Kwpsp Headquarters And The Security Center Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship-Reserve Connection, Ul. Borowska 138, 50-552 Wrocław, Office Facilities. Electrical Energia Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And Executive Ordinances To This Act. The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10.04.1997. Energy Law And In Accordance With Enforcement Provisions Issued To This Act, In Particular With The Quality Standards Of Recipient Service, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 29.11.2022. On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trading (I.E. J.U.U.2024.904). The Planned Electricity Consumption Is Only Indicative For Calculating The Estimated Value Of The Order And Comparison Of Offers. It Is Not A Commitment To The Ordering Party To Buy Electricity In The Given Amount. The Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place According To The Indications Of The Measuring And Billing System. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex No. 2 To Swz - Opz, And The Detailed Conditions For Implementation Of Annex No. 4 To Swz - Draft Contract.
