1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One Piece Of A Pick-Up Car For Kp Psp In Kraśnik. 2. The Vehicle Should Meet, Among Others, The Following Minimum Requirements: A) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Factory New, Unused And Unpaid At Exhibitions Or Market Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Quality Standards, Complete And Ready For Use, And Must Meet The Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 1 To Swz; B) Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With Executive Provisions To This Act And The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502); C) A Pick-Up Car, 5-Person Cabin, 4X4 Drive, Diesel Engine, Automatic Gearbox; D) A Car Equipped, Among Others Including Battery Tools, Battery Smoke Exhaust Fans (2 Pcs) And A Thermal Imaging Camera. 3.
