Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of An It System Dedicated To Enterprises Carrying Out Transport As Part Of Public Transport

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery, Implementation, Configuration, Integration And Maintenance Of An It System Dedicated To Enterprises Carrying Out Public Transport, Hereinafter Referred To As Software And The Implementation Of Orders Arising From The Possible Right Of The Options, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Non -Exclusive, Territorial Limited, Unlimited At Least Software Packet License, I.E. ::A) A System For Constructing A Network Plan, Timetables, Preparation Of Brigades And Services, B) System For Managing Public Transport Transport In The Field Of Planning, Disposal And Settlements Websites Made Available To The Ordering Party After The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 2) Installation, Implementation, Configuration, Integration With The Tgsoft Hr And Payroll System, Novitus Ticket System And A Gas Station, As Well As The Launch Of The Software Specified In Point 1) According To The Functional Scope Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, 3) Provision Of The Software Warranty Service, 4) Providing The Service Service, Consultation And Software Update, 5) Conducting Training Of People Using The Software,- All Activities, Products Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractor Offer. 2. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With All Documentation Enabling The Use Of The Software. 3. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Enable The Introduction Of 15 Vehicles To The System With The Possibility Of Extending To Subsequent Vehicles, On The Terms Set Out In The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. The Terms And Manner Of Execution Of The Contract And The Contractors Obligations Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 5. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Order With Additional Services, Taking Into Account The Additional Current Needs Of The Employer (Hereinafter: Options Right) On The Following Terms: 1) The Optional Order Includes: System Development Services, Taking Into Account The Additional Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Increasing The Number Of Vehicles2) The Right Option Can Be Carried Out By The Employer As Part Of One Or More Order. 3) The Employer May Exercise The Right Of Options After Receiving The System. 4) Exercising The Right Of The Option Is The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To Benefit. 5) The Rules For Granting The Right Options Are Included In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Swz, With Applicable Regulations And Standards, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Designed Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As When Making Due Diligence. 7.
