The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Two Cross -Country Events: 1) The First Running Event Entitled Xi Wielka Ursynowska At The Służewiec Horse Racing Track On October 4, 2025, 2) The Second Running Event Entitled Xxvii Ursynowski Running Of The Pass In The Park Kozłowski (Kopa Cwila) On October 11, 2025, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By:- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz;- The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz; Obligations Arising From The Social Clause1) The Contracting Authority In This Proceedings Applies A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law. 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 3) The Condition Referred To In Paragraph 2 Will Be Fulfilled By Employment Under A Contract Of New Employees Or To Be Appointed For The Performance Of The Contract Already Employed Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract Performed As Part Of The Function Of Event Coordinator (To Whose Tasks Will Include In Particular: Conducting, Coordinating And Supervising Activities Such As: Developing In Agreement With The Employer - Events Of Events, Promotion Of Events Among Potential Participants And In The Media, Conducting And Supervising Electronic Electronics. Entries Of Event Participants, Coordinating And Supervising Works Associated With The Work Of The Profession Office, Coordinating And Supervising Works Related To The Designation Of The Route, Coordinating And Supervising Work Related To The Organization Of Start And Finish Zones, Conducting Decorations Of Awarded Participants Of Events And Preparing Reports On The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Required Photographic Documentation). Work, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contract Is Concluded In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Under The Contract In Question Contains The Requirements Referred To In Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
