    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Issuing Ready Meals Of The Pupils Of Educational Institutions In Ustka 7 Days A Week. 2. Deadline: From 01/09/2025 - 30/06/2026 3. The Issuing Of Meals At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place On Vessels (Tableware) And Cutlery (It Is Not Allowed To Use Disposable Cutlery Outside The Cases Specified In Swz Or The Contract). In The Event Of The Circumstances Of Issuing Meals Outside The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, It Is Allowed To Allow Them To Be Used In Disposable Vessels And The Use Of Disposable Cutlery. The Contractor Provides Meals With Its Owntransport. 4. The Contracting Authority Will Be Charged With Costs (Charge For The Boiler And The Cost Of Preparing Meals) Only For Actually Issued To The Pupils In The Center Of The Center. The Estimated Number Of Meals Covered By A Manure: A/ For The Pupils Of The Youth Sociotherapy Center Covered By The Order Is: 4 Meals A Day For 48 People Around Around 01/09/2025 - 26.06.2026 (215 Days) X 70 % Attendance. 29 240 Meals.B/ For The Poviat Youth Dormitory 564 Meals, I.E. 3 Meals A Day For 1 Person In The Period From 01/09/2025 -26.06.2026 (182 Days) 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Contract In The Quantitative Scope, In The Event That Economic, Current Needs Or Others Will Not Be In The Interest Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Employer Specifies The Minimum Guaranteed Order Scope Of 50% Of The Personal Number Specified In Point 5.
