1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Bringing Students To Schools And Kindergarten In The Śliwice Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year (Route No. I-Iv). 2. The List Of Routes With The Number Of Kilometers, The Number Of Journeys And Counting Children Is Included In Annex 6 To Swz. List Of Students From The Transport Of Students In The 2025/2026.3 School Year. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 4 Parts (Routes). -Part I-Route I-Śliwice-Zwierzyniec-Koniny-Główka-Lińsk Buildings-Śliwice-Part Ii-Route Ii-Śliwice-Łyski Piec-Zazdrowie-Laski-Świwiczki-Ślwice And Śliwiczki-Laski-Zazdrowie-Zazdrowie-Zazdry-Wychski Piec-Ślwiczki-Part Iii-Route Iii-Lińsk-Okoniny Nadziorne (Centers) Nadjeziorne (Shop)-Brzozowe Błota-Kamionka-Lisiny-Jabłonka-Lińsk-Part Iv-Route Iv-Śliwice-Okoniny Nadjeziorne (Centers)-Nadj. (Shop) -Sidwice. 4. Students Can Only Be Transported By Motor Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicles) Meeting The Technical Requirements Set Out In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Act (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Other Provisions Related To The Transport Of Persons, The Act Of 6 September 2001 On Road Transport (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Late As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To:- Have All The Necessary Permits And Licenses, Etc.,- Have Insurance Of Vehicles And Passengers From All Damages Arising During Transport And In Connection With Transport,- Ensure Care For Delivered Students,- To Have A Technically Efficient Vehicle For Transporting Passengers,- Provide A Replacement Vehicle In The Event Of Failures And Other Cases A Vehicle, - Mark The Vehicle In Such A Way That It Contains Information That It Is Used For Transporting Students, - Provide Students With Safe Transport, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions, - Dispose Of Vehicles With Sufficient Sites Of Seats For A Specific Route In Accordance With Annex 6 Or Have Such A Number Of Vehicles To Bring All Students On A Given Route, - Have The Appropriate Number Of Drivers To Carry Out The Tasks Having Required Entitlements, With The Operation And Use Of Vehicles And The Implementation Of The Order. 6. Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act Of May 13, 2016. On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802, As Amended), The Manner Requires The Contractor To Have The Minor Protection Standards Developed (Due To Ensuring The Care Of Minors). For This Purpose, The Contractor Will Submit A Statement To The Contracting Authority Before Signing The Contract With A Statement Of Minor Protection Standards And A Declaration Of Obtaining Certificates From The National Penal Register Issued For Drivers, Guardians And Other Persons Performing Activities In Relation To Minors Certifying That The Abovementioned People Do Not Appear In The Penalty And Juvenile File Of The National Penal Register And Information From The Register Of
