Risk Assessment: Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Of The Identified Risks. Methodologies Used For Risk Assessment (Eg Preliminary Risk Analysis, Risk Matrix). Risk Classification According To Their Probability Of Occurrence And Severity Of Impacts.3. Control Measures: Strategies And Control Measures Adopted To Eliminate, Reduce Or Control Risks. Hierarchy Of Control Measures (Elimination, Replacement, Engineering Control, Administrative Controls And Use Of Ppe Personal Protective Equipment). Description Of Prevention And Protection Actions Implemented.4. Action Plan: Detailed Schedule Of Actions To Be Implemented For Risk Management. Responsible For The Execution Of The Actions. Deadlines For The Implementation Of Control Measures.5. Monitoring And Revaluation: Procedures For Continuous Monitoring Of Risks And Control Measures. Frequency Of Inspections And Periodic Evaluations. Performance And Effectiveness Of Control Measures.6. Training And Training: Training And Training Programs For Workers, Addressing The Identification Of Dangers, Risk Assessment And Control Measures. Frequency And, Elaboration Of Technical Report Of Working Environment Conditions - Ltcat The Technical Report Of Working Environment Conditions (Ltcat) Is An Essential Document For The Evaluation And Management Of Environmental Risks In The Work Environment, Aiming At The Prevention Of Occupational Diseases And The Guarantee Of Adequate Working Conditions.
