Name of firm should be clearly mentioned on instrument (Call Deposit/CDRs) The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original CDR along with the application must reached to the office of the under signed before or on dated 28.08.2025for scrutiny.4.The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date Original bids in accordance with the provision of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions on or before dated 01.09.2025 11:30 am5.The Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session in the office of Director Sewerage Waste Water Treatment (OPS) , CDA, in Room No. 140, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6, Islamabad, on given date & time.6.In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT Amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. That is required performance security=NIT amount total bid amount 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project.
