Tenders are invited for Money Distribution (Grants) to 115 Participants in Two Locations in Ninewa Province (Mosul City, University of Mosul and Chamber of Commerce) The period of provision of required services would be between September 2025, to December 2025. Quantity: The Money Distribution up to (299,000 USD). This amount should be disbursed to project participants as in the list provided by NEF in two locations in Mosul city (Mosul Chamber of Commerce and University of Mosul). Please note that the number of participants and the total grant amount may increase, depending on final selections and approvals. Requirements of Payment · The company should distribute up to (299,000 USD) to 115 participants in two locations in Mosul. · Payment would be made by NEF after the disbursement and submission of the invoice of each round of disbursement along with all supporting documents (receiver ID copy and a receipt signed by the receiver) · The payment would be done within two weeks of receiving the invoice. · The company should distribute the money/business grants as per the schedule provided by NEF in USD (NEF will provide a list of the beneficiaries three days before the disbursement). · Each payment should be delivered in an envelope, using large denomination banknotes. Interested bidders are to read this RFT carefully, print it, sign and stamp all the pages, and submit a quotation according to all the requirements. The deadline for submission of quotations is Thursday, September 4th, 2025, at 15:00 (Iraq time). Companies that do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered.
