    Tenders are invited for Procure Advanced Web Application Firewall Bidders should strictly follow the following instructions:- 1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the stated address upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only). 2. Bidders have to submit their documents in two Sealed Envelopes ONE ORIGINAL and ONE COPY to the address below on or before September 03, 2025, 2024 at 11:30AM, morning and must be accompanied by Birr 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr) security bid bond. The bid security bond shall be in the form of Cashiers Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid at least for 90 days, enclosed in a separate envelope and presented inside the Original bid document envelope. The bid language shall be in English. 3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on September 04, 2025 at 10:00 AM, morning at Vision Fund Head quarter 4th floor meeting room. 4. The payment for the collection of the bid document shall be made via VFMFI account at our Main Branch and receipt of deposit need to be presented. 5. The bidder must accompany the bid document with the copy of, Renewed and valid Trade License, TIN Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT registration copy, PPA registration for participation in the bid and other relevant document pertinent to the bid. 6.
