(Excluding Vat) The Assignment Concerns The Selection Of An Executive Building Team Partner (Main Contractor Or Contractor/Installation Combination) That Forms The Construction Team Together With The Already Selected Architect (Pauwert Architectuur) And The Client (Municipality). The Construction Partner Is Involved At An Early Stage To Make An Active Contribution. The Aim Is To Realize A Building That Is More Than A Sports Building: A Meeting Place In The Middle Of The Natural Environment Of The Genneper Parks, Where People Come Together. The Construction Team Works Together On An Optimal Design That Meets Budget, Planning, Quality Requirements And Ambitions In The Field Of Sustainability, Environment, Circularity And Operating Costs. Interested And Qualified Market Parties Become € 4,600,000 From The Task -Setting Budget. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Above Amounts. If During The Construction Team Phase It Should Become Apparent That The Task -Related Budget Is Unexpectedly Insufficient, The Client Is Not Obliged To Make Realization, But Nevertheless Reserves The Right To Decide To Decide To Do The Implementation Against A Higher Budget/ Higher Contract Sum.
