The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision And Implementation Of An It Solution By The Contractor To The Ministry Of Justice And Common Courts, Including The Functionality Of The System For Verification, Management And Improvement Of The Effectiveness Of The Safety Systems Used. The Implementation Will Include The Launch Of The System And The Configuration In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer To The Extent Necessary For The Correct Operation Of This System. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes, In Particular: 2.1. Discover, Implement, Start And Configure The System, 2.2. Perform Documentation, 2.3. Perform A Transfer Of Knowledge For Persons Indicated By The Ministry Of Justice, 2.4. Grant Or Ensure All Licenses Together With Production Support (Provided On The Manufacturers Standard Conditions) For A Period Of 36 Months Required For Proper Operation Of The System, As A Whole And Its Individual Elements, 2.5. Transfer To The Ministry Of Justice Proprietary Property Rights To Documentation Developed By The Contractor Under The Contract, 2.6. Grant The System Provided Under The Contract, Including The Software Warranty, For The Period From The Date Of Signing The System Implementation Protocol Throughout The Period For Which The Licenses Required For The Proper Operation Of The System Will Be Granted And Providing Warranty Services During This Period In The Scope Of The Implemented System, As Part Of The Remuneration Resulting From The Contract, 2.7. Conduct To The Implementation Of Training Workshops Related To The Offered Solution (System) In The Scope And On The Conditions Described In Chapter Vi Opz (Annex 2 To Swz), 2.8. Ensure The Technical Assistance Of The Expert In A Maximum Amount Of 100 Man -Hours During The Warranty Period For The System Provided In Polish On The Conditions Described In Chapter Xi Opz (Annex 2 To Swz) 3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
