Within The Project: National Platform For Semiconductor Technologies (Pnts), Smis Code 2021+304244, Financing Contract No.G2024-85828/390008/27.11.2024, Carried Out By Cluj Napoca As A Partner P6, It Is Desired To Purchase An Emc Test Equipment. The Set Of Specific Equipment For Electromagnetic Compatibility (Emc) Measurements, Namely; Interferences (Emi) And Susceptibility (Ems) Intended For Testing At Least The Following Eut Equipment (Equipament Under Test): - Satellites And Satellite Components; - Without Pilot Aircraft (Uav)/Drones And Their Components; - Aeropurted Equipment And Components Of The Aircraft; - Military Equipment And Components; - Vehicles And Their Components; - Equipment For Commercial Markets According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Emc Test System - The Anecoic Camera Must Be Composed Of: 1. The Anecoic Camera Consisting Of: - High Performance Emc Measurement Room For Radiated And Driven Measurements; - Screen Amplification Chamber, Connected To The Measurement Room. 2.. The Emc Test System Test System - The Anecoic Camera Must: 1. Contains The Set Of Equipment Associated With The Ems Test System In The Frequency Range From 10 Khz To 18 Ghz (Section 3.3.1); 2. Contain The Set Of Equipment Associated With The Emi Test System In The Frequency Range From 9 Khz To 40 Ghz (Section 3.3.1.2). The Entire Emc Test System Testing System - The Anecoic Camera Must Be Fully Wired, And The Connectivity Used For The Interconnection Of The Test Equipment Must Ensure The Compliance Of The Measurement Chain With The Applicable Standards Specified In The Specifications For The Anecoic Chamber. The Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Is 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification Requests On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
