Tenders are invited for Human Capacity Development COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Deputy Director Procurement at the Administrative Building, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Sokoto, on presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Remita Account in any reputable Commercial bank in Nigeria. 5 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each lot, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelope(s) together in a bigger sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number addressed to the Chief Medical Director (CMD), Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto, and clearly marked with the name of the project and the LOT number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the Office of the Deputy Director Procurement, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, September 15, 2025. 6 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the UDUTH Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
