Tenders are invited for Purchasing of 1 No. Of Webcam, Speakers, Microphones Integrated with the 85-Inch Smart Board (Lot L) and 16 Nos. Of Sound System Mics (for Conference Hall) Connected to Video Conferencing (Lot 2) for Csa Unit Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project Non - Refundable Fee (Rs.) 1000/- Bid Security Value and Validity Date Rs.30,000.00 Valid up to 18th December 2025 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language can be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application on original letterhead to the Project Director at the address mentioned in Item 4 above, and paying a non-refundable fee (Please refer above table for the amount) in Cash only on Working days from 15th August 2025 to 4th September 2025 from 09:00 hrs. to 14:00 hrs (2.00 p.m.). To be eligible for Contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the requirements in Bidding Document. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 26th August 2025 at 10.30 Hrs, at the place mentioned in Item 4 above. Prospective bidders are requested to get well conversant with the Bidding Document especially with Specification, ITB, and Contract Data before attending. Bids must be accompanied by an Unconditional Bid Guarantee on prescribed format in die Bidding Document for the value and date mentioned in above Table for each procurement. Any Bid without a valid Bid Guarantee as indicated will be considered as non-responsive and rejected without any query.
