The Subject Of Negotiations Will Be To Determine The Optimal Technical Solutions Enabling The Fulfillment Of The Goals Of A Public Entity, Such As Achieving The Energy Effective Status Of The Heating System, Reducing The Power Of Production Sources In The Current Boiler Room To Exclude This Boiler Room From The Emission Obligations Of The Ets Ets, Limiting Fees For Emissions Of Pollution To Atmospheric Air.
