    Hire Of Industrial Vehicles With Driver - Rental Services For The Production Section - Hot Asphalt Mixture - Frame - Frame 2 Years. It Is Desired To Purchase Rental Services For The Production Section - The Hot Asphalt Mixing Kit - 2 Years Framework Agreement: 1,600,000.00 Lei Without Minimum 40,000.00 Lei Without The Lowest Subsequent Contract: 20,000.00 Lei Without Vat The Value Of The Highest Subsecry Contract: 440,000.00 Lei Without Vat And The Value Of Vat Subsequent Undergoing And Assigned: At Least 2 Subsequent Contracts Per Year Will Be Concluded. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Minimum And Maximum Estimated Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Are Found As Annexes To The Award Documentation / Specifications. 1. The Total Duration Of The Contract: 24 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract 2. At The Current Date At The Level Of Drdp Cluj The Duration Of The Framework Agreement No. 23/6013/07.08.2023, Having As Object The Provision Of Similar Services (07.08.2025). Based On This Agreement, 4 Subsequent Contracts Were Awarded For The Entire Maximum Quantity In The Framework Agreement, The Last Subsequent Contract No. 23/6013/4/19.06.2025 Is Valid Until 31.12.2025. Thus The Framework Agreement Resulting From This Purchase Will Enter Into Force After The Subsequent Contract No. 23/6013/4/19.06.2025 In Force Ceases By Law (By Reaching The Term, Fulfilling The Object Of The Subsequent Contract). The Purchase Of The Acquisition Is Necessary So That The Activity Of The Production Section Is Not Disturbed And Ensuring The Continuity Of The Rental Services.
