    Personnel And Payroll Services- Outsourcing Of Wage And Working Time Management Services Veikkaus Group. The Acquisition Focuses On The Comprehensive Outsourcing Of The Veikkaus Groups Pay And Working Time Management. The Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Salary And Working Time Management Service, The Implementation Of Systems Related To Systems, The Maintenance Of Systems, And The Provision Of Pay And Time Management Services. The Outsourced Pay And Time Management Service Will Be Introduced At Group Level And Serves Both The Parent Company And Its Existing And Future Subsidiaries. Veikkaus Oy Is Responsible For The Conclusion Of The Contract And Is A Contractor In The Direction Of The Tenderer. In Addition To Veikkaus, Access Rights To The Systems Are Extended To The Groups Subsidiaries, Which Also Serve As End Users Of The Service. The Payroll Service Covers The Entire Payroll Process From Data Collection And Pre -Processing For Payment And Reporting. The Service Includes Statutory Payments, Settlements, Reporting And Archiving (Eg Trade Union Membership Fees, Bailouts, Sickness Figures, Kela Applications, Income Register). The Working Time Management Service Covers Working Time Planning And Monitoring Processes. The Service Includes Recording Working Time, Optimizing Shifts, Resource And Holiday Planning, And Absenteeism Management. Veikkaus Is Seeking Long -Term Cooperation With The Selected Partner. This Tendering Is Carried Out With A Negotiation Procedure, The First Phase Of Which This Contract Is. The Course Of The Negotiation Procedure Is Specifically Described In Annex 1. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Contract Notice And Its Annexes.
