1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Task Conducting To The Proper Technical Condition Of Pedestrian Routes In Fattens Consists Of Two Sections, Section A-B 285 Mb, Registration Plot No. 204 And Section C-D 75 M Construction Foundation Made Of Concrete Cube Gr. 6 Cm On A 2.0 M Wide Cement -Sand Sprinkler With A Double -Sided 12X25cm Concrete Resistor. 2) The Section C -D -Dip Is To Harden The Road Section - Plot No. 17 At A Length Of 75 M. On The Foundation Made Of Concrete Cube Surface 8 Cm With A Width Of 3.0 M With A Double -Sided Concrete Curb 15X22 Cm. Double -Sided Roadside With A Common. (Continuation Of The Episode Made). The Detachment Description Of The Order Includes An Offer Cost Estimate, Documentation For Notification And Detailed Technical Specifications. Notes The Bidder Is Obliged To Read The Area And Investment Documentation On His Own. Care Should Be Made During The Vision Of The Construction Site, As The Investment Is Implemented In A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Areas Of Former State -Owned Farm 2. Investment Co -Financed By The National Support Center As Part Of Non -Returnable Financial Assistance. 3. Equivalence: 1) In The Case Of Use In The Documentation, Terms Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Determined With The Words Or Equivalent. Conservation Names, If They Occur, Are Examples, Determine The Product Class And Serve To Determine The Standard - They Cannot Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer And Do Not Constitute The Subject Of The Contract. This Means That The Contractor Has The Obligation To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers (E.G. Materials, Devices And Other Elements) Are Equivalent To The Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority. The Origin Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. Ritly Names, If There Are Examples, Determine The Product Class And Serve To Determine The Standard - They Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer And Do Not Constitute The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor, Offering An Balance Item To The Specification Described In The Specification Or Bill Of Quantities, Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In The Scope Of Utility, Functional, Size And Quality Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level Not Lower Than The Parameters Indicated By The Employer. The Burden Of Proving That The Materials Offered Are Equivalent To The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
