1. The Subject Of The Contract Are: Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of The Courtyard Area At The Headquarters Of The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Szczecin, I.E. Sanitary Works And Road Works Of The Courtyard Of The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station Of Szczecin. 2 The Contractor Will Perform:- Installation Works Related To The Last Stage Of Dehydration Of The Entire Courtyard Area, Including The Shape Of The Surface Drops, Which Will Allow Effective Drainage Of Rainwater To The Rainwater Sewage System. Installation Of Wells With Connection To Blind Sections, Existing Renovated In Earlier Stages, Rainwater System Installation. Carrying Out The Tightness Of The Installation. As A Result Of The Works Carried Out, The Road Level Will Also Be Equalized While Its Historical Arrangement Will Be Maintained. The Detailed Layout, Quality And Colors Of The Surface Are Specified In The Technical Specification. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Type Of Work To The Contracting Authoritys Working Time, Due To The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Active Building. The Contractor Should Prepare A Tarpaulin Or Foils To Be Burned And Securing The Work Zone Against Dust And Other Harmful Factors And Threatening The Safety Of Employees Of The Ordering Party And Persons In The Wsse Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Care For The Cleanliness Of The Communication Routes, In Particular To Respond Immediately To Any Reports In This Respect By The Contracting Authority.
