The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Purchase Of Equipment For Rescue, Quartermaster And Medical Activities As Part Of The National Population And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M. P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The Financing System Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Defense, Resulting From The Act Of 5 December 2024 Civil Law And Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907). The Allocation Will Be Used In Rescue, Evacuation Activities, Medical Security And In The Organization Of Temporary Accommodation And Logistics Security For Injured Persons. 2. 1.5, 1.6 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Requirements. 3. The Order Has Been Divided Into Six Parts, One Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. The Contractor For Each Of The Parts Of The Proceedings He Selected Can Submit Only One Offer. Part 1 - Medical Equipment And Devices: 1) Aed Defibrillators - 2 Pcs, 2) Sets Of Orthopedic Flanges - 6 Pcs, 3) Orthopedic Boards - 6 Pcs, 4) Exhaust Rails - 6 Pcs., 5) Inflated Thermometers - 6) - 3 Pcs., 7) Glucose Meters - 3 Pcs, 8) Drip Stands - 3 Pcs, 9) Couches - 6 Pcs, 10) Ecg Apparatus - 3 Pcs, 11) Stethoscopes - 3 Pcs., 12) Otoscopes - 2 Pcs. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet The Safety And Health Protection Requirements And Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Compliance - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant A Minimum Guarantee For A Minimum Of 12 Months For The Entire Assortment Delivered. The Warranty And Warranty Period Begins: A) The Following Day After Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, B) In The Event Of Replacement Or Repair Of The Element - From The Date Of Replacement/Repair. In The Event That The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than Declared In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Own Guarantee Of Supplementary To The Declared Period. To Confirm Compliance With The Requirements, The Contractor Submits A Statement On The Warranty And Warranty Period. 6. A Detailed Technical Specification Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 1.1. To Swz - Minimum Requirements. 7. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort To Maintain Competitiveness Conditions. The Employer Informs That When Determining The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trade Names, It Also Allows All Their Market Counterparts Not Worse Than The Indicated.
