    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of Bedding, Protective And Work Clothing And Specialist Uniforms For The Bieszczady Border Guard Department In Przemyśl. The Order Of The Contract Was Specified In Detail And Described In Annex 4 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Requires: The Subject Of The Contract Was Implemented In The Contractors Laundry, B. Receipt And Transport Of The Subject Of The Order For Washing From The Biosg Headquarters And The Delivery And Transport Of A Clean Range To The Biosg Headquarters Took Place At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor, C. The Collection Of A Dirty Part Of Bedding And Other Subjects Of The Contract Took Place At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party On Monday And Wednesday Each Week, D. In Order To Check The Service, The Contractor Enabled The Disinfection And Washing Process To The Subject Of The Contracting Authority, E. The Contractor Delivered The Washed Bedding And Other Objects Of The Order To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Within The Time Limit Offered By The Contractor In Accordance With Point 4 Of The Offer Form. Order Of Order: A. Receipt And Delivery By The Contractor Will Take Place By Way Of Their Quantitative Conversion At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Convert To Kilograms, Based On The Unit Table Of The Average Weight Of The Subjects For Billing Purposes Constituting Annex 2 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, B. Receipt By The Contractor Of The Subjects For Washing And Providing Them To The Employer After The Service Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Receipts Of The Washing Items From Biosg Issued By The Contracting Authority - According To The Template Constituting Annex 3 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract. Realization Of The Subject Of The Contract. No. 4 To Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
