The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Facade And Roof Along With The Replacement Of Joinery Of The N1 Building (Shooting Range) Of The Police School In Katowice. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Attached Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Which Constitutes Annex 4 To Swz.3. Details Of The Contract Were Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty On The Construction Works Performed Be At Least 36 Months From The End Of The Contract - Signing The Final Acceptance Report. 5. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Using Technology (System) Of Equivalent Materials. Demonstrating The Equivalence Of Technology, Material Systems (In Accordance With Article 101 (5) Of The Pzp Act) Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Offering Technology (System) Of Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Must, Together With The Offer Form, Present The Offered Technology (System), Materials With Determining The Type Of Technologies (System) Of Materials Used, And Attach Materials Documenting Technical Parameters And Comparative Analysis, From Which It Will Clearly Show That They Are Fully Equivalent To The Technology (System) Of The Materials Indicated In The Documentation. The Proposed Systems And Equivalent Materials Should Have The Law Required By Law, Certificates, Approval For Use In Construction, And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documentation. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Requires From The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) To All Persons Who Perform Activities Related To The Replacement Of Window And External Door Joinery, Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Renovation Of The Building Facade, Renovation Inside The Building In The Area Of Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Interior Door Joinery And The Internal Installation Works Of The Assembly Equipment, Central Heating And Electric Heating And Electric. Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended), With The Proviso That The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing The Activities Of Supervision And Supervision Of Carried Out Construction Works.
