Part I Orders: Successive Provision Of Catering Services In Katowice And Bytom For The Purposes Of Proper Implementation Of The Project Entitled Deinstytucjonalizacja I Wsparcie Wojewódzkiej Pieczy Zastępczej:________________________________________Część I - Zamówienie Podstawowe________________________________________W Związku Z Realizacją Projektu Pn. Deinstitutionalization And Support Of The Provincial Foster Care In 2025-2027, The Service In Question Includes The Preparation, Delivery And Administration At The Designated Time And In The Designated Place A Specific Number: 1. One -Off Coffee Break Components - For A Maximum Of 547 People (Including In 2026: For Max. 319 People, And In 2027: For Max. 228 People), 2. Components Of Dinner (Soup + Second Course + Drink) - For A Maximum Of 547 People (Including In 2026: For Max. 319 People, And In 2027: For Max. 228 People). The Numbers Given Above Are Estimated And May Change During The Contract. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Transferring The Components Of A One -Time Coffee Break And/Or Dinners Between The Years. Each Time The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Scope Of The Service Actually Completed, With The Proviso That The Employer Guarantees At Least 50% Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Certificate Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Project Entitled Deinstitutionalization And Support Of The Provincial Foster Care Will Take Place In: 1. Regional Center For Supporting Foster Care In Katowice, 2. The Regional Center For Supporting Foster Care In Bytom. Due To The Place Of Supplying The Components Of A One -Time Coffee Break And The Contractors Dinners, The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration At Unit Prices Of Unchanged Offered In The Offer. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Catering Service Be Taken Into Account By The Special Needs Of The Participants (E.G. Vegetarian, Gluten -Free Or Other Dietary Requirements). The Contracting Authority Will Inform The Contractor About These Needs At The Latest One Day (Until 9.00) Before The Planned Date Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.
