1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Boiler Room In The Building Of The Nursing Home John Paul Ii In Brańsk, Including The Replacement Of The Existing Central Heating Boiler. With 300Kw Of Wood-Fired Wood For A Cascade Of Two Boilers (150 Kw Each) Fired With Pellets With A Closed Combustion Chamber (Sealed) Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 303: 5: 2012 And Eco Desing Standard, In Accordance With: 1) Executive Project; 2) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 3) To Swz. The Statements Contained In The Pre -Works Are To Illustrate The Scale Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Nature. The Bill Of Quantities Is A Subordinate Document In Relation To The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Contractor, After Reading The Attached Documentation, Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Purpose To Which Is To Serve. Annex 1, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Art. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Covered By The Warranty Period From 3 To 7 Years From The Date Of Transferring The Entire Order With The Final Report Of The Acceptance Of Works. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, It Should Be Assumed That The Contracting Authority Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type (Model) And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given By The Term. 5. The Building Should Be Secured, With Particular Emphasis On The Safety Of Employees, Pupils And Third Parties. The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Carry Out Works In A Way That Does Not Use The Object. The Contractor, While Maintaining The Utmost Care, Will Conduct Assembly Work To Maintain The Continuity Of Heating The Object When Such A Need For A Boiler To Produce A Technological Pair. Changing The Heating System From The Temporary To The Target Described Above Should Occur Within One Business Day, In Order To Minimize The Downtime Of Substitute Steam Boilers To Heating The Central Heating Installation. All Work Related To Dismantling And Assembly Of Devices Must Be Strictly Agreed With The Employer.
