4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids, Electronic Equipment As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Equalizing Educational Opportunities And Raising Competence By Students From 7 Communes Of The Ostrów Poviat. 4.2. The Project Received Funding From The European Union As Part Of The Fewp.06 Priority Axis: European Funds For Greater Poland With A Stronger Social Dimension (Efs+), Measure 6.8 Pre -School, General Education And Vocational Education Under Zit.4.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into The Following 2 Parts: Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids. Description The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids Necessary In The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Equalizing Educational Opportunities And Raising Competence By Students From 7 Communes Of The Ostrów Poviat. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids To 9 Schools In The Commune And City Of Odolanów. 3. All Teaching Aids That Are The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New And Unused, Appropriate Quality And Functionality, Free Of Defects, Made Of Materials Allowed To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 4. All Didactic Materials Should Be Approved For Use In Educational Institutions, They Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 5. Required Quality Guarantee Period 24 Months. 6. Where It Has Not Been Indicated Otherwise, The Contracting Authority Allows The Deviation From The Dimensions Of Individual Elements ± 10%. 7. Instructions Should Be Prepared In Polish. 8. When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor At The Same Time Ensures That He Is Able To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract And Provide Teaching Aids In Accordance With The Description, With Parameters Not Worse Than The Indicated, And That The Amount Of The Offer Contains All Costs Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular, Preparation, Delivery And Unloading At The Addresses Indicated In Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Partial Task No. 1 Was Specified In Annex 2 To Swz. The Contractor Should Specify Their Parameters To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions, According To Their Definition, Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards Not Worse Than The Products Given, For Example. In All Places Of Swz And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or If The Contracting Authority Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance W
