Requires That The Delivery Is Carried Out During The Office. 4. The Contracting Authority Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contracting Authority Indicates That Wherever Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.)
