The Subject Of The Order Are Works Consisting In The Care Of Treetops And Removal Of Trees And Shrubs In The Jarocin Commune In 2025, In Particular The Works Consisting Of: 1) Care Of Treble Crown: A) With A Trunk Circumference Up To 50 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm (Range: 60 Trees); B) With Trunk Circumference From 51 To 100 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm (Range: 200 Trees); C) Trunk Circumferences Above 101 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm (Range: 500 Trees); 2) Cutting Trees With A Trunk Circumference Up To 100 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm With Trunks (Range: 120 Pcs. Trees), 3) Cutting Trees With A Trunk Circumference Above 100 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm With Trunks (Range: 40 Trees), 4) Trunks (Range: 5), 5), 5), 5) Removing Shrubs Along With Tidying The Terrain And Backfilling Of Pits (Range: 150 M2), 6) Technical Cutting Of Shrubs, I.E. Pruning Branches: Colliding With Infrastructure, To Improve Visibility In Road Lanes And Other (Range: 5500 Mb). 1. The Actual Number Of Completed Works Will Depend On The Needs, And The Determination Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract In The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Claims By The Contractor. 2. The Contracting Authority Will Send The Contractor The Scope And Deadline For The Work Included In § 1 By E -Mail. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To React, I.E. Start Work From Reporting By The Ordering Party, The Need To Perform The Works Included In The Description Of The Contract Within The Date Of The Declared Working Days From The Day Following The Order Of The Order By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor Is Immediately Obliged To Inform The Contracting Authority After Accepting The Order After Accepting The Order Or By Sending A Message To The E-Mail Address Of The Employer About Any Circumstances Known To Him Preventing Or Hindering The Execution Of The Order. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Customers Instructions And Instructions. 7.
