1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Covering The Performance Of An Investment Representation In The Form Of A Multi -Branch Investor Supervision For The Task: Renewal And Development Of Public Spaces In Śródmieście Mieroszów, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, An Offer Inquiry And A Contract Concluded By The Contracting Authority With The Contractor Of Construction Works, Contracts With Institutions Co -Financing The Task And In Accordance With Applicable Law. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Obligation Of A Substitute Investor Is: 1) Cooperation With The Employer In The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Institution Co -Financing The Task. 2) Fulfilling The Contracting Authority All Obligations Arising From The Implementation Of The Task, Specified In The Provisions Of Polish Law, And In Particular The Construction Law With Contractual Acts. 3) Representing The Contracting Authority During The Contracting Authority Against The Authorities, Offices, Courts, Partners And Other Institutions, Including Provided For By The Construction Law Of Activities Related To Obtaining The Required Permits, Decisions, Applications, Opinions And Approvals. 4) Performing Full -Branch Investor Supervision In Accordance With Art. 25 Of The Construction Law: A) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Exercising An Inspection Of Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Project And The Provisions And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, B) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Built -In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective And Not Allowed For Use In Construction, C) Checking And Receipt Attempts To Receive Technical Acceptance, Technical Devices As Well As The Preparation And Participation In The Activities Of Final Acceptance Of Works And Performing All Activities Related To The Transfer Of Them For Use, D) Confirmation Of Actually Completed Works And Removing Defects, As Well As, Controlling Financial Settlements Of Works, E) Issuing To The Manager Of The Construction Of Commands, Regarding: Removal Of Irregularities Or Threats, Performing Trials Or Tests, Also Requiring Discovering Works Or Elements. And The Presentation Of Expert Opinions On The Works And Evidence Of Admission To The Relevant Construction Of Construction Products And Technical Devices, F) Request From The Manager Of The Construction Of Corrections Or Re -Execution Of Defective Works, As Well As A Request To Suspend Further Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Cause A Threat Or Causing Unacceptable Non -Compliance With The Project. 5) Cooperation With Designers As Part Of Their Supervision.
