    The Subject Of The Contract Are Transport Services In The Field Of Bringing Disabled Children In Brzeg From Their Places Of Residence To: A) Public Primary School No. 8 In Brzeg, Special School Complex In Brzeg, Public Kindergarten No. 3 In Brzeg, Hereinafter Referred To As Route No. 1 The Main Subject Of The Contract Are Transport Services In The Field Of Disabled Children As Part Of The Following Tasks: Delivery On The Route No. 1 Residing In Brzeg From Their Places Of Residence To The Public Primary School No. 8 In Brzeg, The Special School Complex In Brzeg, Public Kindergarten No. 3 In Brzeg, And Back To The Place Of Residence, Hereinafter Referred To As Route No. 1, Along With Providing Them With Care During The Delivery In The Period From September 1, 2025 To August 31, 2026, With The Proviso That: 1) Route No. 1 Covering The Delivery Of Children Attending The Public Primary School No. 8 In Brzeg, The Special School Complex In Brzeg From September 1, 2025 To The End Of The School Year 2025/2026, Taking Into Account Breaks In School Classes, 2) In The Case Of Route No. 1 Covering The Delivery Of Children Attending Public Kindergarten No. 3 In Brzeg, From September 1, 2025. By August 31, 2026, Taking Into Account Breaks In Pre -School Classes. The Time On Route 1 Will Take Place Every Day Of Education In The School Year (One Course From The Place Of Residence To School/Kindergarten And From School/Kindergarten To The Childs Place Of Residence Regardless Of The Number Of Children Transported). Design Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In The Contract Template.
