1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Along With The Analysis And Changes In Decisions Of Building Conditions In 2025, Referred To In Art. 4 Para. 2 Of The Act On Planning And Developmental Planning (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130.) In The Scope Of: Preparing Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Referred To In Art. 4 Para. 2 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 Of Spatial Pollution And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 1130), Hereinafter Referred To As Wz Decisions And Preparing Decisions Of Decisions Amending The Issued Decisions Referred To Art. 4 Para. 2 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning Spatial Integration (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Decisions To Change, In The Scope Of: 1) Single -Family Housing Construction Together With Technical Infrastructure, 2) Free -Standing, No More Than Double -Storey Single -Family Residential Buildings With A Construction Area With A Building Area With A Building Area, 70 M2, 70 M2, Whose Influence Area Is Entirely On The Plot Or Plots On Which They Were Designed, The Abudy Is Conducted To Meet The Investors Own Housing Needs - For Which It Will Be Max 3 Business Days, 3) Multi -Family Housing With Technical Infrastructure, 4) Reconstruction, Superstructure, Extension Of Residential Buildings, 5) Changes In The Use Of Residential Premises For The Service, 6) Farm Buildings, 7) Outbuildings, Sheds, Garages, Individual Recreation Buildings, 8) Small Architecture9) Buildings, 10) Temporary Building Objects. For The Area In The Turek Commune, With Decisions And Decisions To Change Wz Are Hereinafter Referred To As Decisions And By One By Decision. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Employer With An Urban Analysis To Every Desertion, Hereinafter Referred To As Analysis And In Total Analyzes. 2. The Estimated Quantity Under This Contract Is 600 Decisions In This Decision To Amend The Wz, While The Person Undertakes To Order The Implementation Of The Minimum Quantity - 400 Decisions In This Decision To Change The Objective Declaration Does Not Apply To The Case Of Withdrawal From The Contract Or Terminate The Contract Or Terminate Any Reason Before The Expiry Of The Date For Which It Was Concluded. 3.
