The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Implementation Of Activities Regarding The Improvement Of Ecological Awareness Related To The Project Effective Development Of Green-Blue Infrastructure Zit Mof Piła-Reconstruction Of Greenery Along The European Boulevards In Piła And The Creation Of Green Corridors, Including In The Road Lanes In Piła. Including: Educational Fans, Educational Classes, Events,- Activities Activating Residents. 2. Taking Into Account The Social And Environmental Aspects:-The Use Of Educational And Promotional Materials Made Of Ecological, Biodegradable Or Recycling Materials After Agreeing With The Employer,-Using Solutions Conducive To Environmental Protection. 3. Adaptation Of Activities To The Target Group:- Ensuring Appropriate Educational Content Adapted To The Age Of Participants (Children, Adolescents, Adults, Seniors),- Preparation Of Materials In The Form Of Visually Attractive, Readable And Understandable To The Recipients Accepted By The Contracting Authority. 4. Ensuring Comprehensive Organization Of Events:- Ensuring The Logistics Of The Event,- Conducting Workshops, Animations Or Educational Games By People With Experience In Ecological Education Or Social Animation,- Developing A Scenario Of Events, Agreement And Submission To The Contracting Authority,- Preparing A Multimedia Presentation For Relevant Age Groups. 5. Ensuring The Design Of The Project:- Placing On The Materials Of Logos And Information Required As Part Of The Project Implementation, Which Will Be Provided By The Employer,- The Use Of Graphic Patterns In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Ordering Party Or The Project According To The Arrangements With The Employer. 6. The Scope Of Information And Promotional Duties:- Informing About Planned Events And Posting Them On The Website In Social Media In Accordance With The Schedule Of The Order,- Preparing Photographic Documentation From Events And Posting It On The Website In Social Media And Presenting The Ordering A List Of Completed Activities, As Agreed In The Contract. 7. Caring For The Safety Of Participants:- Ensuring Safe Conditions For The Implementation Of Events (In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations And Applicable Sanitary Regulations). 8. Ensuring Timely Implementation:- Providing All Materials And The Implementation Of Events On The Dates Set In The Schedule,- Consulting All Educational And Graphic Materials With The Ordering Party Before Printing Or Production. The Thin-Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachments:- Annex 1- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract,- Annex No. 2- Requirements For Markings And Logos,- Annex 3- Appendio.
