REMOVAL OF HOIST (DEWA W ILL PROVIDE, MANLIFTER- VENDOR TO PROVIDEDCERTIFIED OPERATOR)3. DISASSEMBLY FOR REPLACEMENT OF WORK OUT OIL SEALS AND BEARINGS4. REA SSEMBLY, LUBRICATION AND REINSTALLATION5. REMOVAL OF MOTOR, MOTOR TO BE REPAIRED BY DEWA, FOLLOWED BYREINSTALLATION6.
