    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Work Consisting Of Adjusting The Layout And Change Of The Use Of The Undeveloped Part Of The Attic Of The Elementary School In Nizbor (The Municipality Of Nizbor, The Beroun District), In Which No Construction Activities Resulting From The Previous Stages Of The Project Documentation Have Been Carried Out. Newly, Two Classrooms, Office, Maintenance Warehouse, Hallway, Utility Room (Hvac And Chl) And Hygienic Facilities (Toilets - Boys, Girls, Employees M/Ž) Are Newly Designed In This Part. The Capacity Of The Classroom No. 2.03 Is 24 Pupils + 1 Teacher And The Capacity Of The Classroom No. The Originally Designed Staircase Will Be Preserved According To The Previous Pd. Classrooms, Staircases And Office Will Be Vented Naturally. The Remaining Rooms Solved By The Attic (Outside The Utility Room) Will Be Forced To Be Forced To Withdraw A Unit Located Above The Ceiling In The Corridor 2.05 (Air Supply And Air Removal Led Above The Roof Plane). Ventilation Of The Technical Room Will Be Ensured By The Help Of Fans And Pipes Led Above The Roof Plane. The Premises Of The Classrooms And Offices Will Be Cooled By The Help Of Internal Cassette Units, Which Will Be Supplied From Condensation Units Located In The Utility Room. Classrooms, Cabinet And Corridor No.2.05 Will Be Lit By The Daylight Of The Help Of Roof Windows And Tubus Light Guides. The Staircase Will Be Illuminated By Daylight Of The Windows In The Gable Wall. The Remaining Rooms (Technical And Sanitary Facilities) Of The Area Will Be Illuminated Exclusively By Artificial Lighting. The Client Explicitly Warns That A New Staircase Has Already Been Built Into The Attic And The Staircase And Access Are Necessary To Cover The New Stairs And The Adjacent Floor
