This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is Aninvitation By The City Of West Kelowna(The “City”) To Prospective Proponents To Implement A Series Of Energy Conservation Measures (Ecms) Aimed At Improving The Efficiency And Performance Of The Facility’S Mechanical Systems At Royal Lepage Place Facility In West Kelowna Facility Address:2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, Bc The Project Will Upgrade Royal Lepage Place’S Mechanical Systems To Enhance Energy Efficiency. Key Actions Include Improving Boiler Staging, Controls, And Pump Balancing; Replacing The Modular Heat Pump With A New Chiller; Insulating Piping; And Installing A Desuperheater To Preheat Zamboni Hot Water At The Jim Lind Arena.
