As Part Of This Tender, An Order Is Awarded To The Development Of A Ai-Supported System, Which Can Transcribe And Translate Radio Sayings In Real Time. The System Must Recognize Various Radio Standards (E.G. Tetra25, Tetrapol, Broadband) As Well As Several Language Variants Including Dialects (E.G. Swiss German) And Foreign Languages (E.G. French), Process And Transferred Them Into Standardized Text Editions. The Realization Takes Place Entirely On An Open Source Basis, With A Strict Maintenance Of The Clients Usage, Change And Further Gods. The Scope Of Services Comprises Six Central Tasks: 1. Quality Assurance And Operation: Creation Of A Comprehensive Test Concept (Including Chaos Test), Establishment Of A Monitoring System And Run Tracking To Understand The Model And Test Runs. Version Management Takes Place. 6. Knowledge Transfer And Documentation: Transfer Of A Complete Technical And Operational Documentation, Implementation Of Training And Creation Of A Software Bill Of Materials (Sbom) For The Legal Comprehensibility Of All Components Used. In Addition, Optional Services Are Defined, Including For Expansion To Additional Languages, To Generate Synthetic Data, To Create A Security Concept Or To Support The Project.
