    Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Pharmaceutical Products Submit Date: 02nd September, 2025 Price of PRQ Document: Gh¢300.00 Description: 1. Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to procure various pharmaceutical products under a framework contracting arrangement for its clinics. The objective is to prequalify suppliers/vendors and manufacturers who will be invited to quote competitively to supply the pharmaceutical products as and when needed. 2. Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) therefore invites interested and eligible suppliers/vendors and manufacturers to submit applications to be prequalified and be considered for the supply of the various pharmaceutical products. 3. This invitation for pre-qualification is open to potential applicants who are able to demonstrate proven track record, technical, financial and managerial capacity to supply the products. 4. Prospective suppliers/vendors and manufacturers must have a verifiable track record of supply and delivery of similar items to COCOBOD and/or other Institution and must demonstrate the willingness and commitment to meet the pre-qualification criteria. 5. COCOBOD is not bound to award contracts to all qualified suppliers/vendors and manufacturers or any other tenderer for that matter. 6. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following documents: Valid Business Registration Certificate Tax Identification Number Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate/Evidence of VAT Exemption Valid PPA Registration Certificate Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate Form 3 or Form A (as applicable) Valid Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) Certificate Valid Certificate of Registration from the Pharmacy Council The Pharmaceutical Salesman/Manufacturer must show proof of registration of facility by a pharmacist.
